Hey guys,
I have been playing around at the 1300-1400 Range got a good luck there
First Raid
200k\200k in collectors
Second raid
300k\300k didn't get except 70k\120k
Third Raid
175k\180k townhall 7 with lvl 4 walls
Fourth raid
160k\160k townhall 7 with gold walls
Fifth raid
150k\130k townhall 7
The only thing confusing is that I can't find any de to lighten
What about you guys?
I so,eti,es drop to lower trophy counts and find the same.
Weaker bases so less troops are neneeded so long as you TH isn't to high a level, but most in the 800-1000 range have TH's around level 7-8 like mine so no problems on the looting percentages.
Nice idea with this thread. Good to see others perspectives on farming ranges.
I usually farm between 1100 - 1250. I find most raids I can get between 150k - 200k of gold and elixer. Usually between 5-25 searches.
I find if I go above this range the possible loot drops to below 150k.
For DE go up. Higher the better.
I care about gold and I find de of 1000-2000 on my revenges

In my experience, 1200-1400 for easy gold and elixir, 1400-1600 for easy dark elixir. There are a lot of bases with 500-800 easily raidable DE in that 1400-1600 range. If you're targeting DE only it's not too hard to farm 8-10k in a day, more if you get lucky with a couple 1500-2k bases.
Higher than 1600 has a lot of DE to be sure, but the big caches will typically be guarded by xbows and level 7 wizard/mortars... which can shut out your level 5 troops.
Don't be lightning Dark Elixir D:! Anyways I find the best farming at 1600-1800. I am a town hall 9 though. ( I have stolen 125k Dark Elixir in this range; according to my Achievements).
