Can you target a specific player?

Say I do a match search but I don't have the right attacking force. Can I go back to base, build the correct army and find that foe again? Say I don't have any balloons with me but I know I can take the base down with balloons. Can I go home, build balloons and go back to that player's base? If so, please tell me how.

No, but you COULD find them again if your really lucky or in a trophy range with not very many people there

Because of the HUGE pool of players you're randomly selecting from, it's highly unlikely you'd see the same base again- although at much higher levels, where there are dramatically fewer players, this does happen more often...

That helps alot because I was looking over base layouts for level 6 TH and people criticize some layouts saying "I could take that down this way or that" Yea, that is IF you have those troops with you. Does anybody really routinely carry balloons in their attacking force?

Balloons. Worthless. Expensive, 10 mins to train, slowest troop in the game, swarm will die to two air bombs, after extra AD, doesn't work.


As for your first Q, its quite possible in sub200 or above 3000:p

Yes, I got that pinser, my point is that a base is only weak if the attacker happens to have forces to exploit that weakness. At my level, air attacks are rare so my air defense is a bit exposed.
If a player could study a base, prepare an attacking force and go back many bases could be vulnerable. I'm only 3 weeks into the game so I just wondered if I was missing something the way people talked.
Thanks everyone, it answered my question. I'm okay rolling the dice for now knowing it will be unlikely I will face many air attacks.
One more question though. Can't archers or towers shoot down healers? Mine seem to ignore them and shoot at the ground attack units that are being protected.

If you are into attack strategy, use the revenge feature. I like to scout out someone who attacked me and plan an army specifically for that base. I have seen it the other way as well - got wiped out by someone who clearly scouted my weaknesses. All part of the fun.

No you can't otherwise people will select 300k+ loots and keep raiding them
