I think that will be cool to compete against other clans in cup tournaments like there will be 32 teams in each cup and every loser will be eliminated. Until one clan wins the cup just like soccer cups. :)

You would need proffesional clash clans for this to even work.
In normal circumstances clans have players come in and out every so often, some players will not be able to play for any host of reasons and you can have hoppers who can change the size of your clan from one week to another are just some of the reasons this cannot work.
The idea is great. I think there are some simple ways to make it work
1. The simplest way is to make clan wars in sessions, like two-week league sessions. In clan's profile we will see amount of wins in clan wars. So we will see amout of wins during a session (the total amount should be visible too)
2. Clan can get something like trophies for each clan war, so it would be possible to make rating table. For example if there are 90 posiible stars to get in a war, and a clan wins with 60 stars, it will get 60 / 90 * 100 = 67 rating points
3. It would be great to see clan's rating points in a global chat near the clan's name, the same as players league
