new hero for lower levels

As I have seen the problem with a new hero is the imbalance between people who do and dont have heros heres my solution a goblin hero that would be basically the same thing as a regular goblin but lower stregnthed attacks but a higher resistance to damage and instead of attacking walls and other obsticals it would focus on resources in raids and jump walls as its lvl 5 power make it available at town hall lvl 7 and cost 8500 dark elixir I feel this would also make heros easier to obtain since the goblin hero would make getting dark elixir easier than fighting all the way thru everything too the dark elixir vat
