Basically, iron sharpens iron. The idea behind this is to fine tune attack strategies and just provide another way of having fun with battles.
One rule you could implement is to put a time limit. Kinda like having a time limit on how soon you can request troops, have a time limit on how soon you can request a practice battle.
Also, as I said above these battles wouldn't count toward XP and they wouldn't consume your resources or take away resources from your clanmate.
You would only be able to go to battle with troops you've unlocked.
Matchups would have to be requested, and the other person would have to accept or deny. If they denied the request you couldn't request another matchup for a certain amount of time.
Participation in these in-clan battles would be optional. There would need to be a toggle switch for that that turns practice battles on or off for your profile.
That's all I can tbink of right now.
