Player Level difference accounted in loot penalty
Today I (Level 68 town hall 8) was attacked by a level 105 in gold league. Obviously, this guy was low balling his trophies from his reasonable range. He had maxed out everything from being 1 town hall above me (which is in the process of upgrading to level 10). This meant i he broke through my defense looted me with only 10% penalty, and i can't revenge him since his base is something of a master's or champion's league.
All I'm asking is to prevent these "low baller's" from dropping their trophies unreasonably to raid our weaker villages. What they think is very little is worth a lot to lower and less developed villages. So I'm thinking that the player level should also be accounted for when determining loot penalty.
Perhaps for every level above you (victim's level+10) results in another 1% penalty
Therefore TH9 at level 105 vs TH8 at level 68 is determined by TH difference (10%)+ (1%)(105-(68+10))=37% loot penalty
Or something along that line where the penalty is more accurately determined
