Copy layout with a link

It's realy a hassle to copy somebody's elses layout and it would be realy helpful if there was like a insert link thing a it fills and copy's the base and whatever you don't have in the layout dosent get put down like the layout has 2 infernos but you only have one so only 1 will be placed.

I say,

there is a "ask permission" button then if the member says "yes",

it copies it.
;)

What's so hard about copying it in the first place?
