It would be nice if the leader could set "allowed troops" for war cc. Example would be lvl 5+ wiz & arch. This is to help cut down on lower lvl donations in the war cc. This should also cut down on clan drama.

or the leader could select who can donate to war castles. we have this one guy who always puts 5 barbs in every clan castle and we tell him to stop but he does it again.
and u remove it. again and again. and leave that clan as well. leader is a dud
I don't agree with this
Perhaps instead of this, what would happen is before any of the troops are legitimately given out to another user, then clan leader, or any of the co-leaders has to accept what troops are heading to [user]'s clan castle.
Perhaps there could be a button, like near the button to edit clan description, and logo and everything. And it says "Inbound Troops", and the leader or co-leader/s can click it to accept the troops being donated, however, you can choose to always have it like this, only during wars, only when war isn't going on, or not use it in your clan at all.
again... or perhaps u r in a bad clan.

What happens if the leader is not on and the prep day is about to end.... nobody on to donate those perfect troops... then somebody with lower troops cant even fill them with what they have so the ccs end up empty or not full..... Hmmm Personally id rather have low lvl than nothing.
my suggestion is that you do as my clan does send clan mail when new members arrive to remind of war cc requirements and boot those who have a problem following rules. easy to tell who is doing it... they dont have those troops in their cc
You already can customize a message, correct? And you are also able to dump troops, as well, from your war CC?
I don't want this idea.
