I would like to suggest that the heroes are able to attack for clan war while the heroes are still in upgrading. This make more convenient to clan war system especially big clan like 30-50 people as the leader no need to ask for their members who are not able to join clan war because of upgrading of heroes. Here i will show the Pros & Cons of having heroes for clan war while the heroes are upgrading

Pros
- Allow better clan war
- Fair to players (since the defenders's heroes allowed to defend)
- Bring convenient to leader's decision
- More players will join clan war
- Increase enjoyment of clan wars
- Players can always upgrade their heroes without worrying for clan wars
Cons
- Lesser gems are use for heroes(players who wan to use they will still use it no matter how)
Actually there is no disadvantages bring to the players. If there is, please do discuss about it. And also reply with your opinion or any other features that need to be point out. I really hope this will included in the next update.
