I just promoted someone to elder and oh no I don't want them to be able to promote/kick/other things! Behold, a permissions system!
There could be a GUI to choose what certain ranks can do in the clan, and can also be restricted to certain players. These could be simple things like promoting or kicking, starting clan wars and more!
