Need good war members

My clan is pretty new, we are currently 4-4 with all loses coming by 4 or less stars which is getting pretty annoying. We are looking for members that understand how to go to war and what to do. We want to have max 30 members but with only 20 or 25 members going to war. We have high members that can offer high level troops as well and donate what is requested for!
