New Farming Clan for ages 15+!

Hi! I've recently created a clan, and I'm looking for members that will help make it a really strong farming clan.
It's called the fellowship; I know the name is unoriginal, but I'm a fan of the Lord of the Rings.
The banner is the red one with a fellow stripe through, and I, hidswag, am the leader.
I'm currently an almost maxed out TH6 out, and I'm level 41.
I have maxed out troops as well.

I'm looking for members that are older than 15. You don't have to be an adult, but I want the members to be mature.
The requirements for the clan are pretty low for now because it's new:
600+ trophies
TH4+
50 Donations per week
Use both attacks in every war
Donate what people ask for!!!
Be nice
(There are exceptions, but if these rules aren't generally followed, I will kick you out.)

I will constantly have wars to try and maximize the loot we win.
Donate more than a 150, and elder will be awarded.
I'll give Co to those who are loyal, have already earned elder, and I have talked to and seem trustworthy.

Help me make this clan really strong!
