Clan Identity
Democracy- Each season a new leader is elected by the coleaders and elders. But only coleaders and the former leader can be elected.
Each person wanting to be elected may submit a form into a Clan Election. Each day the candidate with the lowest amount of votes will be eliminated until there are only 2 more candidates left. Then the final voting session is over and the leader is elected. (There are more ways to make the election process shorter)
And at the end of every season they vote on what type of clan they want to be: trophy farmer or warring clan...
Traditional- The leader that made the clan will always be the clan leader unless he/she decides to make someone else leader.

All of these things can be included in clan description. And if the description becomes too big than there can be a clan profile page to allow it all to fit.

I like the idea and should be implemented but some clans don't give Co-Leader spots. I have been in a few that don't and only give elder. I think i can be between the leadership positions and everyone can vote on the new leader.
