Does supercell intenyionally make upgrades go longer or not
If it is intentional, it is quite hard to rationalize why they are about to put in a fix for some of it.
They actually lowered the times on stuff with the latest update.
So is it just a glitch that when I was on for 3 hrs that my upgrade didn't decrease in time at all ?
