Best method to upgrade heroes

Hi clashers!

I've decided to focus on my heroes and i was wondering which is the best way to upgrade them. I don't want to have both under upgrade because it would sucks for clan wars. So what is in your opinion the best way to level them up?

I'd start with one level each... Don't max one and then the other unless the other is already at lv 20+ and strong enough to really really help.

If they are lvl 20+ do 5 lvl's at a time. If they are lower, I prefer doing 1 lvl each.

If you make enough to keep both under the hammer +1.
If you rush both +5.
If you gem both +40 😂😂😂

My BK is at 28 and my AQ is at 17. My plan has been to max my barb King then worry about my AQ. The thought being that I don't want to ever be hero less and once my BK is maxed I'll can focus all my DE on my queen.

Agree.

I'm doing them +1 if I can get the DE fast enough that they overlap, but otherwise prioritise whichever is closer to the next +5.

I prefer 5 levels each, but if I got enough DE I'll just pop them both upgrading.

queen first, the king is just another tank for her.

Switch every 5 levels for the ability boost. (y)

Join a non war clan and do both at the same time :o

I would suggest to do 5 lvls of each, alternating them as u go, but once bk reaches lvl 20, i think u can use him for war, n focus on aq till she is max. After which u can go back to up the king.

I was just talking to my clan leader about this today. I currently have both heroes upgrading (to level 15 and 18). I was talking about how wanted both heroes as high as possible before I upgraded to th10 but that I was not going to be able to afford to keep both upgrading at the same time for long. He advised me to keep upgrading both at the same time, that he was able to farm enough de to do it and I probably could too. I'm skeptical - I currently farm about 100 de a week but he advised me to try loonian in a higher league.

Anyway, my answer is both at the same time. If that's not possible then 5 at a time.

5 levels each would make one of the heroes out of service almost all of the time , but that's a good thing ... you can train using the other and get experienced in that :)
