I think that there should be a option for clan chat than you can gift resources (elixar, Coins and gems) so it helps out the other clan members

I really think this would be a good idea for supercell to look into.
Pretty sure that this won't be happening as it would open the door to whole new wave of possible exploits :)
No it would open the door to a clan that works together, and less purchase of gems. And that is why it will never happen. If its not a money maker, it doesnt happen.
hmm, i'm logging off so i pass all my resources to another clan member, get a shield and then get my resources back

Don't be ridiculous. This would be so easy to exploit it's not even funny. Just think about it for one whole minute. Clans would just juggle resources around between members based on shield times. This would result in far more loot hording than even the fake upgrades.Quote:

Not to random people, but to friends? I have some friends in my clan that I know won't steal my stuff. Also the top clans are pretty close knit. Who wants to steal all of someone's resources and get kicked out of a top clan?Quote:

It will open the big door for people to open multiple accounts and farm resource to their major account. I saw this happen in many other games in early days and it turn out will make a lot of honest people leave the game.
Yes I know COC tights to iOS device and GC account which make this process more difficult but I can assure you if they make this feature, then multiple-accounts will be what you are going to face.
Just imagine all the begging in lower level clans...
