It would be so nice if a player would be able to send an ingame message to another player! For example if I would want to join a clan that is "Invitation only" I could send a message to the leader and ask if I could join, instead of having to somehow find him in chat with a chance of like 0,1%. And with the Mail ability you could also be able to send private messages to other players that no one else could see!
