Who created Gowipe. And if we are on the subject who created any of the other strategies
Supercell did.. not that hard to make up combinations like gowipe.. ground attacks are all about keeping your wizards and witches alive and golems pekkas are the tanks..
It one of the first things you are taught when you are potty training so....
You have troops with high hitpoints and low damage.
And you have troops with low hitpoints and high damage.
I think there are not so many ways to Combine them that make sense. It is also clear that you should Combine the unit with the most hitpoints with the one with the most damage to get the best results.
Also it is easy to see that pekkas alone have high stats, but only walk around the base smashing army camps and builder huts, so you have to use other Units before to clear those buildings.
There may be some more complex combinations that are invented by someone like Golems + pekkas + hogs, but for most combinations it is clear which make sense and how they should be used.

I totally created gowipe
On the sixth day, God added creatures to the land. He made giants and healers and wallbreakers. He made wizards and witches and goblins. He added everything from golem to pekkas to the land. But He still felt something was missing. So God created GOWIPE... to enjoy and take care of all that He had created. He looked around and was happy with all He had made.
Probably high level raiders and early youtubers. There is also a chance that the bunny from awhile back was from a time paradox and formed Gowipe on a random Clashers camp and therefore became a new strategy. It all dates back 3 B.B. (Before bunny).
It became widely popular after the 4th air defense was added to th9 I believe. But no idea as to who made up the strat. Most likely a culmination of several armies
Sir Alfred GoWiPe back in 2013 at the university of troop deployment and bowling. It is widely believed that the idea struck him when he fell and hit his head in the shower.
