Learning Giant/Healer

I'm a TH8 with 200 space and am working on getting better at the Giant/Healer raid. So what's your makeup for this? I'm going with:

28 Giants
2 Healers
6 WB
4 Wizards
4 Archers

My strategy is to unload the Giants at the air defense first. About 10 at each. Once they arrive at the wall, I sent in two wall breakers. When the air defense falls, then the healer support comes in. When the giants clear out a bunch of defenses and leave the collectors and storages behind, I spray around the wizards and archers.

Thoughts?

You need more wiz for sure.

I haven't done a giant/healer raid in forever, but if I did it would be something like:

-20 giants
-12 archers
-12 wiz
-6 wallbreakers
-2 healers

Thanks. Another thought (because this attack can be so slow) would be to add Goblins?

You can, sure, that's personal preference. You just need to make sure to have a decent combo of meatshields (giants) and dps (arch/wiz)

what level are your units?

Whoa too many giants and not enough killers.. when I used giant healer I would go 12 giants 2 healers 8 wb 8 wizards rest archers.

Ok, thanks. I'll lower the number of Giants. One thing that I've run into the last couple times is the stupid spring traps. And I don't know that they're ones I can avoid, they are one level deep, behind some defenses. So dropped about 10 giants on an archer tower, with the air defense behind it. Next thing I knew, six Giants were flying through the air. (must have been two spring traps). I'm guessing there's not much I can do about that, eh? But it sure slows your attack down in a hurry!

Try launching your giants a little staggered, or launch 1/2 first. Outter layer springs are easier than inner, obviously :(

too many giants brotha, try 16-22 giants, 2 healers 4 wallbreakers and the rest wizards with archers
