Nick, Step to the podium

Dear Nick,
Please step to the forum podium and address your formerly happy players. The silence from SUperCell is speaking volumes in itself. These failed events, now trucks with awards that aren't even close to being worth the time or coin loss to achieve. These things need to be addressed. Its now the beginning of the second week in the new year. Is this the way SC is going to start 2015? With their head in the sand and backs to their loyal players?
I just wanted to ask you to please see it from our perspective. We feel ignored.

Seems like they're only around when the times are good but when the going gets tough they're nowhere to be found. It is what it is.

What ever happened to JPaw? Wasn't he supposedly "the guy"?

I agree. Something would be better than the deafening silence.

Even "I am sorry things of been disappointing, hope you stay with us" would be better than nothing. Is that too much to ask? Although I feel we deserve a better.

I really thought they would try to make it up with this event. Just something fun or better prizes or something.

JPaw was who I was trying to remember. I thought it was Tim. Yes remember his big introduction? " PM me anytime" with any questions or concerns and all that. Um, yeah. Crickets

Yea, that was many many moons ago. I think I might've saw him twice in this neck of the woods.

But seriously, their lack of involvement in this SC run forum is puzzling. Sneak peak announcements then bolt. Any word, any word at all with regards to the recent ongoings would've been appreciated by many but still they can't even oblige that.

Heck, I've seen more replies from them on their Facebook page for other minor inquiries.

Communication with customers/players should be of utmost importance.

I will do one better. I will donate my prizes I have received from the truck event so far. You know they think it grand and all. But I guess I should not be that way. Maybe ...oh well

all right, all right, all right - now we're rolling. We've offered five diamonds and Benji's truck event prizes... anyone want to kick in some map pieces?

We can have our own global event. Let's set the goal at 3 million contributions and hope they'll give us a response and a soybean as a reward.

I'm happy. I have no problems with hayday. I pay hardly anything to play and it's phenomenal playing for the extremely - mostly free - cost. Better than 99% of in app purchase games.
