The Struggle...what to do now?

First of all I would like to thank SuperCell for the great 1 gem boost the last 2 weeks. Now I have myself a situation; I have all maxed resources with my drills and pumps bulking up and no builders, and lab working on lv 7 giants. Lol. Im an 100% farmer who believes that this is what makes the game more exciting. I never buy gems and don't care for walls. I recently racked up 2200 gems on achievements from Champion league and inferno tower. I refuse to use these gems on speeding up a buider. I'm level 118 TH 10 Clan: FuneralDirectrs username: Tito157. Also farming in crystal 2 to master 3. Been playing this game for almost 2 years and find myself useless for the 1st time. The question is what would u guys do? I'm 3 days away from my 1st builder becoming available, crossing fingers for 6 TH snipers just going for that.any advice is cool even a base design idea.

same feeling with builders but I suggest to dump those resources in walls.

Agree, you should get the fifth builder and upgrade those walls with it.

if you dont want to speed up a builder then I would suggest buying a fifth.

Although I did earn those gems by going to Champion league. I like to keep my gems to boost barracks, spell factory and heroes for some heavy farming sessions. So to see 2000 free gems go away on a builder that would be sleeping 80% of the time is pointless. Will leave the walls for last once all defense and troops are maxed out. Thanks for your opinions guys. From my experience in masters and champion clashers always attacked me with Lava hounds, balloons and minions so that's why I beli walls to be irrelevant

Get your 5th builder and upgrade your walls. They are a little low for your level.

You've asked for advice but by restricting what you will use gems on you have taken away all the choices

1. Wait for a builder to come free and hope for snipes (although collectors will close to keep up with what you get raided for.

2. Gem builder time (1 off 500 gems so you can continue farming) or lab time

3. Get 5th builder

Since you ruled out 2 or 3 I would suggest putting the game down for a couple days and coming back when you have a builder free.

Buy the 5th builder. Your logic is completely flawed if you think buying the 5th builder is a bad idea. You can use that 5th builder to upgrade walls with your extra resources, and you could also put it on your heroes.

Gonna take Webbie's advice and just put the game down for a bit, after all being patient is what got me this far. Once the 1st builder comes up I will start on my lv 22 queen then last barrack and lv 7 air defense. With Elixir I'm always hopeful of a new troop level so I like to keep it around 500k just to ready. Man you guys really like walls!!! Lol. I just like em for the look. Ha ha

I don't understand why you don't want the fifth builder, you said he will be sleeping 80% of the time but you can use it for upgrade. You're a farmer, shouldn't be a problem.

So when one asks for advice, and then proceeds to reject all given advice, then there is only one conclusion that can be drawn. This was not an attempt to gather good advice or information, rather, a plea for attention.

And I have now enabled the attention seeker as well. Haha

Buy shield or get 5th builder and upgrade walls

I see a few things going on here:
-you are getting close to end of game
-the cheap boost is over
-it appears that you do not regularly max your storages unless its a boost event
-you do not want to lose more than 1000 gold to get a cheap shield
-your collectors are easy pickings
-you have 2,200 gems

Based on what I stated above, I do not think it is worth it for you to get the 5th builder for 2,000 gems. How much time till a builder is free? It would probably be more economical to either gem a shield or gem the completion time of a builder. Quit whining about the 16 mil loot plus DE you have and spend 500 gems that you didn't have to pay for. Dump it all into walls.

Put storagea and Collector on one side defenses,TH and walls on another.. I'll nominate you for saint hood if you do that..

Definitely. If you are a 100% farmer then the 5th builder will help drastically. If you do get it then dump most of your loot on walls and then upgrade something with the remaining resources

Could always just buy a shield.....just saying

Go down to bronze and wreck everyone with you best troops:p

You also have to consider the value of having an extra building. The 5th builder not only lets you build faster, it also makes it harder for people to get 50% or 100% against your base since there is an additional building that needs to be destroyed.

Also, at some point, there will be a TH11. Having your 5th builder at that time can only be helpful.
