Its been so hard to kick people out from the clan by my own decision, i hope supercell will add an ability to vote kick a clan member. So all of the other clanmates can decide if they agree or disagree to kick a specific member. Voting can only be started by clan Leader, Co-Leaders, or Elders
While it does not exist you could arrange all your elders/co-leaders to join a snap chat app that you like.
Do your voting and discussions there instead.

Voting for kicking a member and then kicking would take up a lot of time before kicking the member.

There are only so many reasons to kick someone and in a decent clan, you shouldn't have to kick too many people. just noobs that cant follow the rules, not too hard. If you aren't a leader or co, there is no reason you should be even thinking about kicking people. If you are an elder, you can kick the oddball that might be able to kick war spies and stuff. it isn't too hard people.
Leader just needs to nut up and lead. Make a damn decision and the rest live with it. If everybody disagrees the leader will soon find themselves alone to consider why.
