War clan -- Winter is Here, seeking solid TH9/10s (and 8's too)

We are a clan of about 25-30 members (depends on the time of the month, we have players who leave temporarily due to time constraints. We love to war and do it non-stop.

We are 29-4 in wars including 17 of last 18 winners. We are mainly a TH9 clan with two TH10s and a handful TH8s. All of them, well, the established and loyal ones can hold their own against their like. We don't tolerate idiocy. We follow war rules and expect to win wars. We don't have an age requirement but we have a maturity requirement. We've got a handful of teenagers who aren't loud and obnoxious in chat like you see in the COC world every day but other than that it's mostly adults.

With a recent time constraint for our TH10 player with maxed troops having to step down temporarily, we're looking to get him replaced permanently. So if you're a TH10, we aren't looking for rushed, we are looking for a solid base with at least level 4 Pekkas/Golems and solid everything else.

TH9s, again, no rushed, working your way to having a solid GOWIWI/WIPE attack or if you're great at lavaloonion, etc.
