Then the attack planning was not done to optimum at the beginning. If the clan plans and coordinates they can make every attack count.

To me a draw is a draw. Take the NFL for example. If a regular season game goes to overtime, and nobody scores, it ends a tie. One team may have more yards, first downs, and less penalties. Which means they played the better game, yet it doesn't matter. Same in soccer one team may have 30 shots on goal, and the other 5. Let's say it ends 1-1. Should the team who got the same amount of goals with less shots be considered the winner? Not the best comparisons I admit.
Also, clan wars aren't always even stevens in the match up department either. If one clan is weaker, and pulls out the tie, then it's more than fair. And it would likely take more attacks considering the disadvantage they began with.
It's your fault for not using all your attacks.......
