I'd have to agree with the OP.
It'd be nice to either upgrade storage bins to level 12 to where they hold at least 12m combined... or give us the ability to have 10 storage bins at TH9 or TH10.
Also, since the Dark Elixir drills were added at lower levels, the DE bin should go up to level 7 for TH9 & 10. Level 7 should be more lightning spell resistant (like Teslas give double damage to Pekkas, the level 7 DE bin should be double resistant against lightning spells).
