Report it through in-game settings, Supercell will do what it can.
Take a screen shot of the offensive description and email it to SC support with a description of your complaint.
did they swear or call your clan names? Because if it's just some light hearted banter maybe you should listen to snarg
First take screenshots of what you deem to be offensive. Then, look in your in game settings and follow the instructions on how to get in touch for that exact same complaint. It is very easy and is done within minutes. Follow the instructions on link below...
