I'm having troubles with farming, can anyone help?

Ok so im level 62 now and i really need some gold and elixer. but i just dont know how to get that much, like i see people who r raiding 20mil a day and i only get like 300k i guess. i can't find a good farming attack strategy can anyone help me with a strategy? and maybe a good base for farming......?

First off, what trophy level are you? This is most people's problem. Im finding lotsa good hits in the 1000-1200 trophy range....

im at 1150 trophies but i just dont get the right farming attack style. like what troops do i have to use etc.

This game can be confusing at the beginning unless you know what you need to focus on. At first sight it seems that moving up in trophies is a natural thing to do, but it is actually counter productive as you are finding out the hard way.

My advise is to concentrate on farming the gold and elixir you need to upgrade your army and base. If you notice it gets harder to find loot or the bases are getting too difficult, then drop your trophies. Dont worry about trophies, dont be scarred to just hit collectors if they have a lot of loot and get out without winning the battle. This goes against our competitive nature, but it really does get you to the ultimate goal of resources needed to compete at higher trophy levels.

Thanks for the advise man but when i steal a lot of gold or elixer then a few minutes later some guy attacks my base and gets all the gold and elixer stole back thats really annoying

I'm th8.
Farming 1100-1350 trophies.

I use:
Barb arch combo.
Cost 30k.
Takes 21 mins to train.
Aim for around 1/1k per troop.

that sounds pretty good im gonna try it , how much gold and elixer do u get each day?

ASSUMING you have 200 troop capacity.
Use:
- 60 Barbs - use these as a meat shield deploy a couple, then deploy a wall breaker or two to break the outter layer of walls of the base. Then send in 10-20 barbs as shields. Wait till defenses are distracted mostly the splash damage ones, because with this army, your troops will bunch up, fast.
- 60 Archers - You want to use archers behind your barbs, don't send them all in at once, send them in waves, barbs followed by a few archers followed by archers. Assuming again you have your cc, use that to your advantage and use it as you were deploying 25 archers.
- 60 Gobs - Once you have the wizards and mortars distracted deploy these bad boys, again in waves. Reaching the core, make sure to put a couple wb's down to help you crack the core.
- 10 Wbs - Funnel these deep into the base penetrating the inner core to reach those precious storage's.

I use this army on a daily bases, takes a couple raids to get use to but it is easy when you do. It is a very fast, cheap army and you really dont need to use all your army.

Nice tactic how much resources do u get each day wiv this tactic

My army is 8 WB, 35 Barbs, 35 Gobs, the rest (114) Archers.

I had the same problem you do, people taking away from you as soon as you get it, probably your defenses are under-developed. I was premature when I got to TH8, and had a rough time, but now that my defenses are about 2/3rds maxed I'm getting hit a lot less often. Also, I moved my TH outside of my walls, more often than not when people attack they hit my TH, and thats about all, then I have a shield for 12 hours. So basically I'm trading the lost trophies for resource protection, and I'm just betting that trophy hunters will find me before the farmers....
