1. Upload photos by putting a BB code on it, you can do this by uploading it to imgur and using the code from there. 2. If it's necessary, you can do more by supplying the screenshots to supercell by emailing them, this player may be banned for a short period of time for punishment if supercell sees fit
It doesn't really say what he did, but regardless no naming and shaming on the forums. Report him then forget him its a game and there's nothing else you can do.
You cannot name & shame on the forums...
Sorry but the last time I looked being really annoying is not against the terms of service - if you think it is then support is the thing to do.
