Just recently bought my TH8 upgrade.

You should still upgrade:
- army camps (IMMEDIATELY)
- walls
- teslas
- barracks
- storages (also de storage)
- air defenses
- spell factory (to lvl3 after lvl2 comes)
Get a barbarian king also and upgrade it to lvl5. I would cancel that town hall upgrade.
You already bought the upgrade? Then why are you asking for advice now.......

Edit: after further review I missed a few upgrades like others stated. You should have stayed at th7 longer
I should wait some levels. i upgraded my town hall to lvl 8 when i was like lvl 60, i maxed all my buildings and then i go further.
Not even close, max out your base and then upgrade.
Cancel upgrade for TH max more defenses I've been at Th 8 for bout 2 weeks had a max Th7( except mines and collectors)
My normal raid at th7= 300+ rec. now I average 150,every thing is expensive,there's allot tougher bases and more th9 attacks my .02

Yes go to th8. All you need is to max the troop capacity and the troops you use you'll be good. If this game is getting boring and you want more of a challenge you do t even need to max your troops or capacity. If you got the skills you are ready! :)
Max offense and splash towers first.
And don't upgrade balloons.
That's a pretty good summary of it. Troops are the most important criteria and ultimately rushing is fine if you have more fun doing it that way.Quote:

Upgrade your mines and collectors. After you go to TH8 and 9 the loot is harder to come by so you will depend more on making it than in lower level THs.

I will agree with this, but with a huge sidebar; expect to get farmed. It is true that if you have the skills, you can certainly do it, but the TH8 cutting teeth phase is a little unpleasant, even with a maxed TH7 (speaking for myself here).Quote:

Cancel upgrade. Your walls look lame.
Cancel the upgrade! The only things that don't need to be maxed is, Barracks, Walls ( lvl 6), BK ( level 1) and troop upgrades that you don't use !
Brackets are what level you need them!
