Hi! Finally, I was able to farm my both heroes to lvl40 and was wondering what to do from now. I still have walls to farm, so maybe that is be the new goal to accomplish.
Any other recommendation?
It's been a while since I started to farm dark elixir and not paying much attention to gold nor regular elixir? Any suggestions about best trophy ranges or army compositions?

Max the rest of your base. The higher in cups the better the loot and league bonus.
Is this a real question? Or you wanted to tell everyone you maxed heroes? The reason I ask is because if you have been playing long enough to max them both, I assume you know what you are doing in this game. Maybe you gemmed them though. Furthermore, you answered your own question by saying you could now focus on walls. I also assume this means your defenses and lab upgrades are done.
Thanks for the answer. Yes, only walls to completely max my base. I am currently playing on master 3 doing some farming. I don't need to use spells and can use archers and giants. I played last week on 3000 - 3100 trophy range with balloonion but that army takes more time to train and there is not much difference on league bonuses. Any suggestion on troops? Thanks again!
Go to champs and/or join a constant war clan?
I'm not sure why one would invest all that time maxing their base to hang out in Masters, but to each their own....

For me maxing walls is not a goal. It's just when you have nothing more interesting to do.
I would work on achievements if I were you. You will still gather loot and upgrade a few walls in the process.

I'm two months away from maxing my base. I have no intention on maxing my heroes. So see you in the bronze 3 league soon :)
Drop to silver. Attack bases with only heroes and healers.
Thanks LordHalestorm! Changing clan is not an option right now because I am playing with friends and helping them developing their bases. We do war twice a week, so I am fine on that side.
Playing in champs... It's an option. The bad thing is that you get attacked right after getting disconnected and then you lose some resources re-arming traps and bombs. I may give a try with archers. That's definitely an option since there is no wait time between raids.
