this so unfair to those people spending right amount of money to buy SuperCell's CoC GEMS! >.<
The whole reason supercell exists is because people buy all these gems... Why would they stop it...
Or supercell could lower the gem prices.
Supercell should take action with google play store on banning those account that takes advantage of using gem purchases refunds and making profit on them.
