TH8 pushing to masters, help with the comp

As the title says, I wanna push to master league to get the 5th builder (currently in gold 3).

Said that, I don't wanna town snipe all the way to master, It's extremely boring for me. I would love some advices about team compositions to push.

I can Barch until gold 1, but after that I think It will be too hard to push more with this composition.

What should I try? I am a long way to golems so I would like to not use them.

Should I try mass dragons? I would like to get 2-3 stars for an attack.

ps: I've used the search but I haven't found interesting army comps.

EDIT: currently gold 1. Slowly getting up with barch for now. After that I will try to climb with massive dragons (lvl 3), or loonions

easiest way would be gowipe, then you're getting 20-25 trophies instead of 3-10.. barch as high as you can, loon as high as you can, hog as high as you can, or just gowipe the whole way.. and you will get to the point where you snipe when you can, because after nexting 80 times and only seeing mid/high th10s and maybe 1-2 th9s, youll be glad for that snipe ;)

To get to Gold 1, use barch
For Crystal 3, GiBarch
After that, Mass Hogs or Mass Drags or GiWiHe or GoWiPe or simply, any army that is the strongest!

I have never done this personally but I have read threads and seen videos by people who have, and the general consensus is to use 8-9 dragons and the rest minions and go for the side with the town hall. Look for weak air defense if possible. I am not sure if 2 stars is possible as a town hall 8 in masters but this is how i would have done it after reading up.

I am a TH8 Master League 2. I done GoWiPe the whole way there.

How long did it take? How long to train the comp? 2h? It could be possible to attack twice a day if so.

However I have now lvl 3 dragoons; I like baloonions too. I will choose one of these. I wonder how long it takes attacking twice a day (once in the morning and once in the evening, getting covered by shields the reamaining hours of the day).

GoWiPe would probably be the best but not the cheapest....

I did th8 masters with minimal th snipes using giants wizards archers and wall breakers, with 3 heal spells.

Sometimes I would mix in valkyries

For example:

16 giants
16 wizards
6 wall breakers
45 archers
3 valkyries

That includes a full cc

till crystal 3 u can barch..den u can go with hogs+wiz+heal spell to crytsal 2..in crystal 1 u will need those dragons.
this is how i did it.
24 hogs rest wiz n a few wall breakers wil get u 2 stars till crystal 2. ol d best mate.

A couple of weeks. For me the key is to leave your town hall exposed so you don't get 3 starred. Th8 bases just won't hold up. Answer every snipe with a 2 star and you will move up.

He has no hounds, and only level 5 balloons. I'm a loonion guy, but As a th8 dragons are his only viable air troop

Yeah I agree. I think lvl 5 baloons are not viable eventhough they look absurdly fun.

I will try @kcfan491 strategy.

crystal 2 at the moment.

I've used this strategy so far:

16 giants
16 wizards
6 wall breakers
44 archers
3 heal spells

I've mixed in some full dragons attacks 2 rage and 1 heal.

But I'm considering barching my way up just sniping and reaching 50% on premmie bases.
