This game needs to have more control of who you attack. For example, in The Hobbit game, you can set to hostile against other clans, or you can friend with them. Also, you can attack certain people or search for names on the rank. So if your friend and you are both playing, you could attack him to see who is better, rather than just look at each others villages. Also, I think that you should be able to donate gold/elixer.
I think doing this will cause issues in game balance. I mean what if you have a rich friend that wanted to bully a weaker player? There are probably other technicalities involved that would hurt the game. It works for The Hobbit because the gameplay is tweaked and different.
