One TH level above you will get 90% of your full lootable resources. It's how that game is designed.

is your townhall outside walls? do you fill up you CC with wizards? if not, i would.. wizards will take out a pack of giants/ hogs in 2 seconds.. also, when you get to TH9 thatll be you one day. A townhall 2+ above you gets only half the loot as any townhall closer to yours so it is pretty hard to be drained by higher townhall levels.

We all have to go through it. Though if you design your base well, you can protect some of your loot from higher th's farming armies.
