I don't know if anybody came up with this idea but after reading the 10th thread about lightning spell complaining I thought to myself why does SC not invent the magic walls. They would be like normal walls (upgradeable to get better absorbation against spells and slightly better hitpoints=money for SC from gemmers).
I explain a little bit how I think it should work: Like normal walls generate an area (1 square to every side where troops cannot spawn these magic walls would generate an area where spells are partially absorbed but on 2 squares from every side of the wall segment. The walls would begin at TH7 with 10-15 % absorb on wall level 1-2, TH8 with 20 - 25 % absorb on level 3-4 and with TH9 level 5- 7 walls for 30 -40 % absorb.
This would also work with the other spells so that rage would be reduced by the %, the healing would be reduced and the jumping spell would be reduced making it necessary to increase the jumping spell level as well to still allow pekkas to jump
what do you think about it? not everything is written down and i'm not the best explainer but you should get the idea?
