Need a successful clan owner to answer. ASAP

I have a successful clan like not 50 members but like 15 which is hard to achieve when u are not a noticable clan.I am a lvl 35 nearly maxed out th 5 my league is silver 2. This may be far fetched but im worried that my clan will get 2 good for me. I know it wont happen for a while thats if it does, but u should know every clan owner wants their clan 2 constantly improve.I just dont want my clan 2 get 2 good for me.Like i dont want to get my clan good and startbasking lvl like 50 and + to join when im only lvl 35. So i need 2 know should i quit my clan or should i just hope that ill be good enough by that time.

I doubt you'll get loyal members with that. Maybe you could just join others' clan.

Here's my best advice which I semi reluctantly give....

if yer already stressing about being good enough to lead you're probably not. Leadership has nothing to do with your level it's all about attitude and management of differing personalities. If you wish to stay as leader here are my recommendations:

Don't focus on quantity but rather on quality of members. Yer better off with 9 other great peeps than 49 half assers.

Weed out undesirables quickly and stay firm (but not unyielding) on your decisions. You are going to go thru a great many members to find a few truly exceptional mates.

Set some realistic membership and clan goals and get your clan mates onboard with them. They will provide a lot of help over time and come up with some great suggestions.

Don't sell the farm (clan) for the "high level" guy that is going to help you recruit top notch talent. You're the leader so keep it that way. Accept the help but realize most times the guy is a joker and the joke will be on you.

You will most likely have have to recruit in global for awhile so accept the fact you will get lots of flakes, hoppers, idiots and asshats. Just the way it is until you can grow yer clan a bit. When it's time never set foot in global again! ;)

Luck to you mate! It's normally more work than it's worth so you might just bail and join a decent clan.

1.) The leader is not the highest player in the clan but the one that is best at leading. It is good if the leader is also a good player to give tips to his member but the most important thing about a leader is that he keeps the clan together and makes the right management decisions.

2.) A good member is not a member with a high level or high trophies. Dont be afraid to kick hih players out of the clan if they dont attack in cw or behave bad.

3.) I think you will not grow much faster than the clan. There are always players who leave and players who do not play so much any more. On the other hand you will also have members bringing their friends and family into the clan that are lower in most cases (but sometimes also higher).

4.) I think if you have managed to get your clan to 15 members at lvl35 you already have done a good job. Below 10 members it is very critical. I think it would be good to increase your size a bit to 25 or 30 members.

I'm a the leader of a 45+ win clan, you don't have to be the highest lvl or strongest but it will help to be among the top 5, keep growing and stay fair, loyal and good members will stay, the bad and unworthy are the ones who will leave. Some good people may leave along the way but don't let that discourage you.

not everyone can have 5-10 hours a day for coc to reach TH9+/level 100+. its not the quantity of time you spent in your clan to get clan-mates' respects its the quality that matters.

everytime when you on coc try to ask what clanmates want, like best time to star wars; lay-down donation rules; assign ppl on targets to attack in war; appointing officers(cos) to enforce(overseeing) your clans activities while you away, etc etc.

you dont even need to be in every wars or every activities your clan participates, just lay down basic rules and monitor them whenever you on. they will take notice if you care! dont need to be on all the time or a high level yourself.

I've a friend hes only TH6 he made a clan and then he invited some of his chinese members which is TH7-9
Then I joined and my friends also follow me now the clan is filled with Th7-9's
Mostly we're all maxed base and around 2.5k donations and around 35+ loyal members

My advice get your irl friends inb4 going international

When I was TH7 (level 71 at crystal I) I lead a clan with more than 19K trophies. Everyone were Level80+ except me so I decided to do a clan trophy push, since I was one of the best at pushing, no one would realize my level so it was all well. Don't give up on your clan, it could be your biggest regret later. I wish you good luck on the clan and it's future!

In a large majority of clans the leader isn't the best player so that's no big deal. Even if you would end up getting like a good TH9 a good member would just want to help teach you the ropes not want to backstab you. :P

I'm a leader of clan for 9 month now and I was th7 when I started. My clan is very solid and we are doing great on clan war. Leading a clan is about the person not the account. Your experience in the game will affect the clan but if you read a little and watch some videos you will have a lot to give to your clan. Just try not to make promotion a gift but rather a goal for members to get and don't hesitate to kick rude members or people who don't attack in clan war.
Clan war is really a thing that make your clan more funny so make war all the time

Some tips:
1. Have back to back wars
2. Kick those who don't use their attacks after each war
3. Promote those who get good stars
4. Donate wizards and dragons in war bases

These are very simple steps. We are doing ok in wars so far.

Leadership is not about your account or anything. It is about your personality. Generals don't get promoted because they're rich.They get promoted because they understand soldiers and make solid plans. You need to know how to lead.People will automatically start to respect you.Keep a firm hand on your clan.No one will dare to disobey you.By that I mean no one will dare to say you're clan's bad.A few Cos might dare to do it.But if you were careful when you chose them,it will be for the better.Good luck

The highest level player is not what decides leader. The one with the best leadership qualities is naturally the best leader regardless of level. No offense but it just doesn't seem as though you are that guy.

A well run clan of around 15-20 is a great size and easily managed with only 1 or 2 key leaders... If you wanna go bigger than that you're gonna need more solid guys to back you up.

As said already, leading isn't about your TH level or your exp level it's about how you get the clan firing. Wether thats in wars, or farming/donting challenges...

One thing i would recommend though is that if you want to be considered a good leader your donating count should be in the top 2-3 in your clan 😃
