What are the odds of finding a free TH after Crystal 1?

Look for 30+ buildings outside the walls, and circle with archers. Aim for 50% with just your archers, and in a pinch, you can drop your heroes and/or cc, if need be. Yeah, I've been doing this with fairly good success using lv5 archers, lv4 lightning spell, 200 capacity army camp, lv5 BK and lv2 AQ. You gotta be careful with higher matched town halls of course, but so long as you stick to the "script" (what you put above as far buildings outside of walls, etc) it works nicely.

Once my lab finishes I plan on getting archers to lv6, also saving up DE for getting the AQ upgraded, then plan to do them one after the other. I expect to use this method to get up to M3 at least.

As an aside, the league bonus at C3 makes this method pay for itself unless you use the lightning spells. Then it depends on if you use them all or just one or two to make up your 50% attack. But most attacks will usually yield some residual elixir or gold to at least offset the loss (or even leave you with some small gain).
