I totally agree with u I use pekkas frequently in war and pekkas are already powerful enough at LVL 3 so why do we need an extra lvl? Lvl 3 is more than op already!Quote:

In my last clan we had no TH10's. However, our war match-ups frequently paired us with one or two TH10's due to our TH9 levels. Plain and simple; a TH9 cannot two star a decent TH10 base (Level 2 Infernos, Level 2+ X-Bows, and all other defenses TH9 level). The Infernos and three X-Bows crush TH9 troops. TH10's have 240 troop capacity, Freeze spells, and Level 5 PEKKA and Golems.
So, a Level 4 PEKKA at TH9, in my opinion, would even the playing field, if only a little. If nothing else, it would help when the PEKKA decides to go haywire and walk around the outside of the base rather than continue through the middle.
Yes, they should.
Keep in mind lvl 4 used to be the max lvl of Pekkas so it only made sense that you couldn't upgrade them to max until you were a max TH. Same with drags. Yes, witches and hogs/healers can be maxed at TH9 but drags and pekkas are some of the most powerful troops in the game and it only makes sense that their max versions wouldn't be available until max TH.
The additions of lvl 5's however, changed this and now it makes absolutely no sense to not make lvl 4's available to TH9.
9's already lack the punch to hit any semi-decent TH10 as is, (they are just that outclassed) even though I don't think lvl 4's will make hitting a TH10 all that much more easy (infernos still shred, and single target will melt any lvl of Pekka in seconds).
They may make it easier for 9's to 3 9's however, as any semi decent wipe/wiw'er can already 2 almost any 9 so I could possibly see it effecting the balance at TH9.
Overall though.... I think it was a bit of oversight on their part, not that they think lvl 4 Pekkas will be "too OP" at TH9.
I have always said they should give level 4 to TH 9 once level 5 came out. Its fair and its one less ridiculously expensive upgrade for TH 10.
Hopefully Supercell reads this and considers it seriously.
Personally, I don't want to go to TH10. The max level PEKKA and Golem are tempting, but I don't have the time to spend raiding for the gold necessary to upgrade ALL the defenses. TH9 has been a chore, and I'm looking forward to the days of using my elixir (maybe the right word is wasting) and DE for war, without concern of advancing ANYTHING else. It's nice milking out a maxed TH. I did it at TH8 for a while...can't wait to do it at TH9. Level 4 PEKKA would really make staying at TH9 even more rewarding.
It would be better because you get 2 levels at th10 and none at th9. If they changed it, then you would unlock 1 level per th with of course, the exception of th8 where you unlock 3 levels.
