No. TH9 already unlocks enough troop levels - even more levels than TH10. No need to take another one away from TH10 and give it to TH9.

Its mind blowing to me how scared these th10 peeps are about supercell even entertaining the idea of giving th9 lvl4 pekkas. As if, supercell makes this change and all of a sudden th9s become completely unstoppable. It will be a minimal change at best. Get real guys, its ONE EXTRA LEVEL.
