Well, I've been a Townhall 8 for more or less a year. I was new to the game and I rushed my base to Townhall 8. Am I more or less upgraded enough for Townhall 9 or should I take the push to max my base? I'm definetly ready to get on with townhall 9, but what do you guys think, am I ready for Townhall 9?
If that is what you want to do, you will be just fine. However, if you finish level 8 walls at th8 it will be easier, but doesn't make a big difference. I myself went to th9 with all level 7 walls, and I was just fine.
Your defence structures appear to be maxed which in my opinion is the main thing. And given your ready to go just do it.Quote:

I'd just go to TH 9, the new things at TH 9 will probably make the skulls a whole lot easier to get, plus you'll have something to do with elixir.

i did searched for your profile, your BK is only at level6. you're gonna struggle levelling both AQ and BK at th9.
and also, your golem is lvl1. get level2 golem first, unless you don't do clan war. or you only hog.
your lab is idle. lab can never be idle
Your teslas are far from being maxed. I would stay a little while longer in order to upgrade those teslas along with a few walls.Quote:

In my opinion, TH8 is easier to farm than TH9.
It would be better to max everything you need before trying with new challenge.
You should MAX everything except gold/elixir mine (BK 10, all skulls) and prepared 6m each & 40k DE before jumping to TH9 (I did it with my village!)
My suggestions:
Farming from TH1 toTH7 : super easy
Farming from TH8 and above : easy
So dont worry about farming.
if your BK is 6 you should go to 10, and tesla should be all 6 too. Max elixir troops and spells also
Your wall is fine, no need to waste your precious time for this.
About golem and pekka, if you use them to farm usually then u should upgrade them to lvl 2 LOL.
Bomb,trap you can upgrade when the hall is being upgrade, so no problems.
And prepare 2.5M elixir and 40k DE, when TH is finished you can immediately upgrade lab and Queen.
Traps are a huge waste of effort for normal play, they are expensive to re-arm, for clan wars maybe worth itQuote:
