More Roles in the Clan Leadership

Hey guys - not sure if something has been posted about this yet but I think we really need more roles in leadership in the Clan - in our clan there are members who put in alot of effort and we would like to promote them but they do not fit a Co-leader role - and it would help alot if we had more levels of leadership between elder and co-leader...

no no no no no.

But I am curious.... if they don't fit a co leader role - what role could they have other than elder?

I'm happy for leaders to be able to give people a personalised title. I'd like to apply 'clan philosopher' to one of my peeps..... but that ain't going to be a meaningful role in the management of the clan.

Maybe make elder more restrictive?

There should be a role where you can't change the clan description but have the same power as a coleader. That way you can't get banned if your leader or coleader are being immature.
