Builders

So I have looked around for some time and I see lots builder hut idea like boosting or cheaper cost, but not one about piling builders on one job, for instance say you have 3 builders and start a 10 day upgrade, each builder can cut increase build speed by however many builders are working on one object. So the building would be done in approximately 3 days instead of 10.
