What about a new hero ?
A flying hero, like a "minions boss".
Wich would fly, with not that much of attack power.
And, when upgraded to level 5 and more, would be able to invoke few normal minions and survive to any attacks during few seconds (above 5).
A new hero would be cool, even more if it is a flying hero...
