Barrier would be a new spell acquired at TH9 (along with jump). When cast, creates an area for 10-15s where any units inside of the area have capped incoming damage of 75 / 60 / 50. (level 1, 2, 3 respectively) For instance, a level 10 archer tower hitting at 65 per ping will be unaffected at level 1. However, a level 6 AD hitting at 230 would be reduced to 75 while the barrier is active.
This is intended to be an alternative for rage-dragons, and heal-hogs to make both viable on bigger setups.
