How can I find my village back(posting by a Chinese gamer)

Description:
I used the new conversation system , it's awesome.

And I want to say THANK YOU SUPERCELL for your patient.

But I was told my village has been connected to Google count
and have recently log-in session
this is the most confused thing in my head

I am very clear about my device and Chinese network situation
If we don't have VPN we can not connect to Google
and also can not link my village to another device

MY DEVICE DOSE NOT USE VPN EVER AND NEVER CONNECT TO GOOGLE PLUS
I am very sure about this

Have you ever meet this situation guys
give me some advicea pls

town hall level : 8
XP level : 78
device NO. : H30-T00
l had to uninstall my game about 5 month ago because my girlfriend

Now I want my village back
I just make my VPN ready for this
