For the first base, I would go GoWiWi or GoWiPe and start your attack between 9 to 12 (if you can imagine the base as a clock).
The second base, I would use the same tactic but I'm not sure where I would start.
Id use mass dragons 🐲🐲🐲🐲🐲🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉
GoWiPe/GoViz/GoWiWi will work on both. Mass Drags is another option..... Or Lavaloonion.
Mass dragons won't work with first base
Both are easy with GoWiWiPe. First one is far more easier. Since there is no any teslas around until townhall. Lure CC toops out with loons or hogs and drag them to where u gonna deploy golems. I am a th8 but i 2 starred even more tougher maxed th9s with gowiwipe. Remember to lure out cc. or it will slow down ur troops to the core. it may give the defenses much time to kill them

Also how in the world do you mass dragon a th10 for anything more than 1 star????
