You are kinda on the borderline. Your defenses are great, but the walls could use some work. If you want to dedicate the builders to barracks/collecters and farm walls for a while, that's a good way to go. You would do fine at TH 9 otherwise, though, so it really just depends on your personal priorities.
Yeh I plan on finishing up the Barracks whilst TH is upgrading and walls I might do once I hit the 6 mil cap before the construction times are done.
