War donations not being accounted for?

I know this issue may be small but i have always wondered why donations toward your clan mates warcastle are tallied up for total troops donated? To me these donations are the most crucial and some of the most need. So just wondering :)

Sorry just able to find a similar link for this question and i understand how it can be taken advantage of by teammates dumping troops. But could supercell establish a set xp limit for each player based of the individuals clan castle level? or Maybe dish out small amount of xp for each donation?

They don't count because those troops are for war, not to gain xp or donations on. Also look at it this way, if you attack well enough and you donate good war cc troops your clan will be rewarded with war loot.

It is because people could just dismiss their troops and to have a person donate again and have that process repeated for easy donations to level up or look good.

War donations is for 1 thing; to win the war.

Also this could easily lead to low players donating gob or barb to get XP. Only attracts trouble. It shows how good your clan is to be able to donate with loyalty rather than for personal gain.

I feel the same way.

I think there should be SOMETHING done to make sure that a donator gets credit, because you can donate 200+ troops to a base in the clan war map, and get no credit. The credit to me is important because that way your leader sees how much you donate, or lack thereof, and can make decisions accordingly... tell me if I'm wrong, but I think this should happen...

You do get credit. The better the troops, the better chance of winning some good loot and bragging rights

well i appreciate the feed back but no real answers were given to me. I understand that it can be taken advantage of as i previously stated but there has to be a compensate for this. i cant take " you'll have bragging right and the wins should be a good enough reason" as a answer.
