Hey, I am a TH8 currently working on my skull walls. And I am looking forward to the progression to TH9. However I still require 2 more upgrades in my lab which i am still wondering if needs to be done. These are the valks and Golem.
I was considering doing golem simply for the powerful attacks using gowipe and gowiwi.
When we say max out do we have any expectations for anything?

TH 8is simply an easy TH 8 to max everything as long as you are at least a casual player. Yes, definitely max everything, it will be beneficial in the near future.
Tbh Golems and Valks can wait. DE is much more available at th9-10 rather than th8. Just upgrade after skulls.
I'd do at least either one before moving up. You'll thank yourself later. The more you have done already the less catch up will slow you down. Th9 is awesome sure, but if you go properly prepared it's much more aweseome :cool:
Do the golem upgrade, its worth it. As for valks, its your choice, if you use them sometimes, i would go for it.
And yes, when I think max, I think literally everything maxed. Meaning lab, walls, heroes, defenses, etc. I know others just consider defenses done to be maxed, but I would do everything. Just my opinion.Quote:

If I own that account, I would upgrade the Golem, while Golem is upgrading, I'll start doing TH9.
What you can expect if you have a maxed base is you can avoid getting pawned compared to weak to average bases and you don't need to cope up on upgrades once your in the next TH lvl.
Normally I'd say that DE is more plentiful at TH9. However! You now have the equivalent to one max DE drill AND you TH7's have half a drill too. But it depends if you use them at all. If you do - upgrade them. Whatever you decide save 40K DE for your queen so you can have her as soon as you arrive at TH9!Quote:
