I'm finally upgrading my TH to level 7! With only 4 days left meaning it will be complete around Friday- Thursday. I was just checking the prices of the dark elixir things and I was surprised! 100,00,00 for the drill?! and 6,00,000 for the storage. Well I'm ok with the dark storage but the drill is too much for me right now... Anyway what should I build or upgrade first when I reach TH7?
Well i just upgraded to TH8 and before that i had fully maxed my TH7 in EVERYTHING (except collectors).
As for my side which was fast and pretty easy, i suggest you do the following first:
1. Laboratory -> Those Level 4 archers and barbs will be the main troops for farming loads of loot for upgrading. Do archers first and then barb. Do any other after it according to your wish..
2. Clan Castle -> Who doesn't want more troops in their castles? Upgrade to the new clan castle AND join a clan which donates atleast lvl5 archers. Because archers do best for a TH7 CC and below.
3. Splash towers -> Includes mortar and Wizard tower. Firstly Get your new mortar then upgrade it the level of your current mortars, same for wizard towers but do mortars first.
4. Air Defense -> You'll be getting wrecked with baloonians/giant healer and usually dragons when you've got some nice loot. Get the new AD and upgrade it to atleast lvl4. I mean upgrade ALL your 2 AD's to lvl5 (max level AD for th7) AFTER you're done with the above upgrades.
5. Then all the rest stuff like archers towers, canons. Cause you want to focus on your important buildings first. Good Luck Lad'!
P.S: Try to stay in the Silver 1 League, it hs good amount of bases to loot. And only use the barcher strategy for farming and ONLY attack inactive bases (with half/full collectors/all loot in collectors).

Common sense says you should build the storage first.
If you build the drill first, you can't storage the de because you have no storages??????
1 million is not really a huge amount
when you reach th9,you'll see what I mean.
mortars suck stop telling people to upgrade them first

Offense is the first priority in this game so i recommend this order for TH7
First round of builders:
builder 1: LAB -> Clan Castle -> Spell factory
builder 2: Army camp new -> Barracks new -> Barracks new lvl2 (unlock archer) -> Army Camps max
builder 3: New walls -> DE storage lvl1 -> DE Drill lvl1,2,3 -> DE storage lvl2
builder 4: all lvl1 defence and traps -> all defences need less than one day to upgrade
* Always BK is the first priority for upgrade whenever you have enough DE
If you dont have 4 builders it is not end of the world. IMO you should stick on only offense and lvl1 defences.
Second round of builder:
builder 1: storages max -> mines and collectors
builder 2: Barracks max one by one -> Dark Barrack
builder 3: Splash defences max (one mortar or wiz tower at a time)
builder 4: Air defence max
After first and second was done just upgrade anything else.
try this order for defences: wiz tower > mortar > Air defence > tesla > archer towers > cannons
I recommend dont waste any DE for troops. Save all DE for Barbarian King until your BK reach lvl5.

one Million is nothing man. You should upgrade the DE drill non-stop to lvl3 and it will cost you 4,500,000 elixir.Also you should upgrade your DE storage 2 levels which cost you 1,800,000. you should be able to farm this with ease using BARCH. Nowadays with new update farming elixir is far more easier than gold.
walls lvl7 is not necessary but you should dump all excess gold on walls. eg if you have a 750K upgrade and you farm 2M gold you should dump 1M on walls and save 250K gold. Never dump all gold on walls then you dont have any gold for nexting.
If you are a good farmer I recommend trophy push to 1900 and Crystal 1 just for DE.
DE is by far you only limited resource. Only for BK lvl5 you need 75K DE.
I was maxed on Th6, all the collectors and mines (Everything including Army Camps) also walls so lvl7 walls are not a big problem for me:cool:...Quote:
